• The objective of having an independent team of experts, with their own competences and network, close to the market. This locally-employed team will be able to source and procure items and services, and perform and manage production and assembly activities both on- and off-site.
• A local entity ensures that the relevant knowledge and information, transferred from other regions, is in the area where it is needed.

The demand from clients to have a local service organisation, capable of offering a first and second line of maintenance and support. This is also needed to be able to offer long-term mechanical guarantees.
