Robert Kools and Holly Shorney-Darby join PWN Technologies.

Robert Kools and Holly Shorney-Darby have joined PWN Technologies. Robert Kools, MSc has joined PWN Technologies as Director Engineering and Design. He will manage the design and engineering activities of the SIX® and CeraMac® technologies worldwide.

Holly Shorney-Darby, PhD, PE has joined PWN Technologies as a senior process engineer in the R&D team in Andijk, the Netherlands.  She will manage pilot-scale studies of the SIX® and CeraMac® technologies and will participate in research to optimize these treatment processes in drinking water treatment plants.

Robert Kools has over 20 years of experience in drinking water engineering and design, primarily in the Netherlands. He worked previously as a Project Manager for design and engineering of drinking water and process water plants at Witteveen+Bos in the Netherlands. His experience includes membrane filtrattion as well as conventional treatment processes. Being a mechanical engineer as a background, Robert also feels at home on the subjects of process, civil and electrical engineering.
Holly Shorney-Darby has also over 20 years of experience in drinking water process engineering, primarily in the United States and the United Kingdom. She worked previously as a water process engineer at Black & Veatch performing membrane pilot plant studies, water quality assessments and research, and design-build process engineering. She actively participates in the American Water Works Association and the Design-Build Institute of America.
